Elan & Elite Straight

Bruno Elan and Elite Straight Indoor Stairlifts

Straight indoor · 300 to 400 lb · Limited lifetime warranty

Every floor of your home, back within reach.

Every night it is the same climb. You grip the handrail with both hands, pause on the third step to catch your breath and listen to your knees complain the rest of the way up. Coming down in the morning is worse, because one misstep at the top could send you all the way to the bottom.

Slowly, the stairs start making decisions for you. You carry laundry up one item at a time, or not at all. You think twice before going down for a snack. Family members begin talking about moving your bedroom to the den, or moving you out of the home you love entirely. A dozen steps should not decide where you live.

A Bruno straight stairlift gives you back every floor of your home. Sit down, buckle the seat belt and press the armrest control. The chair glides you smoothly to the top, then swivels so you can step off safely onto the landing. Choose the Elan, America's favorite with a 300-pound capacity, or the premium Elite, with a 400-pound capacity and a plush, sculpted seat. Both are made in the USA, run on batteries that keep working during a power outage, and offer an optional folding rail that clears the bottom of the stairs. Bruno backs its indoor stairlifts with a limited lifetime warranty. Most straight stairlifts install in just a few hours. Call (800) 733-1818 and climb your stairs with confidence again.

Elite Curved

Bruno Elite Curved Indoor Stairlift

Custom rail · Turns and landings · 400 lb

A rail made for your staircase, and only yours.

You have a beautiful staircase that winds up to the second floor, or turns at a landing halfway up. It is the first thing guests admire and the last thing you want to face at the end of the day. Every turn means shifting your grip, finding your balance and hoping your knees hold out for one more flight.

Maybe someone told you a stairlift would not work on stairs like yours. So you started living on one floor, leaving bedrooms, photographs and memories upstairs. Each week the upper floor feels farther away, and the idea of selling the home you worked so hard for begins to feel like the only way forward.

The Bruno Elite Curved stairlift is built for exactly your staircase. Its rail is custom made to follow every turn, landing and change of angle, so the chair glides around corners as smoothly as it travels a straight run. The plush Elite seat carries up to 400 pounds, swivels for a safe exit at the top and folds neatly out of the way when you are not riding. A curved rail can even park the chair around a corner at the top or bottom, keeping the stairs clear for family. Made in the USA by a veteran-founded, family-owned company, and installed and serviced by our own technicians. Your home, every floor of it, is yours again. Call (800) 733-1818 for a free in-home measurement and see what is possible.

Elite Outdoor

Bruno Elite Straight and Curved Outdoor Stairlifts

Porch, deck, patio and entry steps · 400 lb

Your porch, your patio and the view, back again.

In Arizona, the steps that cause the most trouble are often outside. A few stairs from the driveway to the front door. A steep run down to the patio or pool. A hillside home in the foothills with a long flight to the entry. In July those steps radiate heat, and every trip across them takes more out of you.

Soon you are avoiding your own backyard, skipping the patio sunsets and asking someone else to bring in the mail. Coming home with groceries means making several careful trips. The outdoor spaces you chose your home for start to feel like they belong to somebody else. Even a short flight of three or four steps can become a daily obstacle, especially on hot afternoons or after dark.

Bruno's Elite outdoor stairlifts open your home to the outdoors again. The Elite Straight Outdoor handles porch, deck and entry stairs, while the Elite Curved Outdoor follows steps that turn or wrap around a landscape. Both are built to stand up to the elements, with a weather-resistant design and protective cover, a comfortable 400-pound-capacity seat and a seat belt for a secure ride. Battery power keeps you moving even when the electricity does not, and Bruno backs its outdoor stairlifts with a limited five-year warranty. Made in the USA and installed by our own technicians, they bring back the porch, the patio and the view. Call (800) 733-1818 and step outside on your own terms.

Pinnacle & Summit

Harmar Pinnacle SL300, SL600, SL600HD and Summit SL350 Stairlifts

Folds to 10.5 in. · Up to 600 lb · No grease

The narrowest stairlift, for the narrowest stairs.

Your staircase is narrow, and the rest of the family still needs to use it. Most stairlifts you have seen stick out so far from the wall that grandchildren would have to squeeze past and anyone carrying laundry would bump into it. So you have held off, and kept struggling up and down one careful step at a time.

Meanwhile the risk keeps growing. A tight staircase is exactly where a slip is most dangerous, with less room to catch yourself. And if a larger person needs a lift, many standard models simply are not built for the weight or the seat width. It can feel like no stairlift was ever designed for your home or your body.

Harmar's Pinnacle and Summit stairlifts were. The premium Pinnacle SL600 folds to just 10.5 inches from the wall, the narrowest in the industry, carries 350 pounds and provides up to 60 trips on battery power during an outage. Its patented helical worm-gear drive needs no grease, so stairs, clothes and pets stay clean. The SL600HD lifts up to 600 pounds with a wider seat, and the SL300 delivers dependable everyday access. For an AC-powered choice there is the Summit SL350AC, and the SL350OD handles straight outdoor steps. Each is designed and assembled in the USA, with obstruction sensors, swivel seats and seat belts. Your stairs can stay open for everyone. Call (800) 733-1818 and reclaim your stairs without crowding them.

Helix Curved

Harmar Helix Curved Stairlift

True-Curve rail · 350 lb · Up to 58° incline

Smooth around every corner of your staircase.

Your stairs do not go straight up. They turn at a landing, sweep around a corner or spiral to the next floor, and every turn is a new challenge for tired legs and uncertain balance. You hold the rail, plan each step and dread the moment you will have to do it all again tomorrow.

Worse, a curved staircase can trap you. Contractors talk about elevators and remodeling. Family members suggest selling. Every option seems expensive, disruptive or heartbreaking, and the longer you wait, the more of your home you quietly stop using. You deserve a solution that fits the staircase you already have.

Every Helix is one of a kind, just like your stairs. The Harmar Helix curved stairlift is custom fabricated to fit your exact staircase, with a True-Curve rail that uses advanced bending technology for smooth, quiet turns. It carries up to 350 pounds, handles inclines up to 58 degrees and can travel up to 164 feet of rail, around corners, past landings and even down the hall. A swivel seat makes getting on and off safe at the top, remote controls call or send the chair, and you can choose a beige or sleek black rail and upholstery. When time matters most, Harmar's modular UP Stairlift can often be configured and installed very quickly. Assembled in the USA and installed by our own team. Call (800) 733-1818 and let your stairs curve while you glide.

K2, K2 Plus, 1000 & 1100

Savaria K2, K2 Plus, Handicare 1000 and Handicare 1100 Straight Stairlifts

A straight stairlift for every budget

The right straight stairlift, at the right price.

You know a stairlift would help, but you have heard they cost a fortune and take over the staircase. So you compromise. You keep a second set of everything downstairs, sleep in the recliner some nights and tell yourself you will deal with the stairs later. Later keeps getting harder.

Every postponed decision has a price. Each climb strains your hips and knees, each descent tests your balance, and each near-slip makes you wonder how many more chances you will get. Waiting for the perfect time can mean waiting until a fall makes the decision for you.

Savaria offers one of the largest selections of stairlifts in the world, with a straight stairlift for nearly every home and budget. The K2 is the most affordable, with reliable rack-and-pinion drive, a choice of two seat styles and a folded profile a bit less than 11 inches from the wall. The K2 Plus adds higher capacity for heavier users. The Handicare 1000 suits heavier users and milder-climate outdoor installs, with a clean closed gear rack and an optional perch seat. The elegant Handicare 1100 uses a unique friction drive with no gear rack at all and an optional slide track that moves the rail out of the way. We will recommend the right seat and power options, such as a power seat swivel. A straight stairlift installs in as little as a few hours. Call (800) 733-1818 today.

Freecurve, 4000 & Stairfriend

Handicare Freecurve, Handicare 4000 and Savaria Stairfriend 23 Curved Stairlifts

See it before you buy it · Made in about a week

Preview your stairlift on your stairs before you order.

Buying a curved stairlift can feel like a leap of faith. You are about to spend a significant amount on a custom rail you cannot see until it arrives, for a staircase with twists and landings that no catalog photo resembles. What if it looks bulky? What if the color is wrong? What if it takes months?

So the decision drags on. You keep negotiating the turns, gripping the banister and limiting trips upstairs, while worry about choosing wrong keeps you from choosing at all. The staircase stays a barrier, and the months slip by. You deserve to know exactly what you are getting before you commit.

Savaria removes the guesswork. Its PS4D photo-measuring system lets you preview your exact stairlift on your own staircase during a home assessment, so you can compare a single tube or twin rail, a brown or gray rail and different seats at the touch of a button before you order. Rails are custom fabricated, and most curved stairlifts are made in about a week. Once you approve the order, installation can follow quickly. No surprises, just confidence. The elegant Freecurve single-tube design handles steep stairs and offers power features, including an Active seat, and a choice of three seat designs. The Handicare 4000 twin rail suits very tight turns, with powered swivel, power-folding footrest and a power-folding hinged rail. The Stairfriend 23 is the simplest curved choice. Call (800) 733-1818 and see it before you buy it.

Flow X & HomeGlide

Access BDD Flow X, HomeGlide, HomeGlide Extra and HomeGlide Outdoor Stairlifts

Fits stairs as narrow as 24 in. · Light Assist

When you have been told it will not fit.

Your staircase is so narrow that you have been told a stairlift will not fit. The walls are close, the steps are steep, and maybe there is a turn at the top. So you keep climbing, one hand on each wall, and you wonder what will happen on the day your legs simply refuse.

Narrow, steep stairs are the most dangerous ones to struggle on, and the hardest to solve. Being turned away by one company after another is discouraging, and it can leave you believing your only options are a costly remodel or leaving the home you love. You deserve a stairlift engineered for real homes, not just wide, easy staircases.

Access BDD's Flow X was designed for exactly this. Its Advanced Swivel and Leveling technology lets the chair rotate while it travels, so it fits staircases as narrow as 24 inches, straight or curved, with inclines up to 72 degrees. A single discreet rail mounts to the stairs, not the wall, and exclusive Light Assist illuminates the seat and footrest as you approach, with seatbelt lights that glow amber or green. For straight stairs, the HomeGlide fits staircases as narrow as 29 inches with a slim aluminum rail and carries up to 350 pounds; HomeGlide Extra adds a powered swivel, powered linked footrest and key lock, and HomeGlide Outdoor brings the same comfort outside. Every model is battery operated. Call (800) 733-1818 and find out what fits.

Questions & Answers

Does Electropedic install stair lifts anywhere in Arizona?

Yes. Electropedic offers local delivery, setup, installation and service to all of Arizona, including every city and town in Maricopa County. Call (800) 733-1818 for a free in-home measurement.

How long does stair lift installation take?

A straight stairlift typically installs in about two to four hours. A curved stairlift rail is custom made first, then usually installs in about four to eight hours.

Do I need a straight or curved stair lift?

If your staircase runs in one straight line with no landings or turns, a straight stairlift will usually work. Stairs with turns, landings or curves need a curved stairlift with a custom or modular rail.

Will a stair lift work during a power outage?

Most models, including Bruno, Harmar Pinnacle, Savaria and Access BDD stairlifts, run on batteries that recharge at the charging station, so they keep working for a number of trips when the power goes out.

What about narrow staircases?

The Harmar Pinnacle SL600 folds to 10.5 inches from the wall, and the Access BDD Flow X fits staircases as narrow as 24 inches. We will measure your stairs and recommend the best fit.

Do you sell used stair lifts or buy them back?

Yes. Electropedic sells refurbished used stair lifts at about half the regular price, offers rentals, and buys used Bruno and Acorn stair lifts. Ask about current inventory.

Does Medicare pay for stair lifts?

Usually not. Medicare and private health insurance generally do not cover stairlifts, but some state programs or veterans benefits may help. Ask us about financing options.
