It starts as a dull ache low in your back. Then one morning a sharp, electric pain shoots down your leg the moment you swing your feet to the floor. You blame your age, your job, the way you slept. But the real culprit may be lying underneath you: a tired mattress with a hollow exactly where your hips sink every night.

A sagging mattress lets your spine bend out of its natural line for hours at a time, pressing on the very nerves that run through your back and down your body. You stretch, you take something for the pain, you buy a new pillow. Nothing helps for long, because you go right back to the same sagging bed every night.

The LATEXPEDIC 7-Inch puts real support back under your spine. Two 3-inch layers of pure latex hold your body level instead of letting it sag, keeping your back in its natural position from the moment you lie down. Need it firmer? Choose Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm, and because the cover zips open, the firmness can be changed later. Latex never forms a body-shaped valley; it springs back night after night. Quilted on both sides in cotton and wool, completely reversible, with handles, in GOLS certified organic or 100% natural Talalay latex. It is slim, easy to handle and perfect on an adjustable bed, with a 20-year limited warranty. Call (800) 733-1818 and wake up without the pain.

Somewhere along the way, sleeping on your side started to hurt. Your shoulder goes numb by morning. Your hip aches where it presses into the mattress. A firm bed keeps your back straight but leaves your joints sore, and a soft bed eases your shoulder while your lower back sags. It feels like comfort and support simply cannot exist in the same mattress.

So you compromise, adding a foam topper that flattens in months, or stacking pillows between your knees, or giving up and sleeping in the recliner. Every year your body asks for a little more cushioning and a little more support at the same time, and every mattress you try seems to offer only one or the other.

THE ULTIMATE was designed to end that compromise. Three inches of softer latex on top cradle your shoulders and hips, a six-inch firmer latex core underneath keeps your spine aligned, and three more inches of softer latex on the bottom make the mattress completely reversible. Pressure melts away while the support stays strong. Many customers tell us that as they get older, they love this softer, pressure-relieving Talalay feel. Each layer sits in its own zippered chamber, so the feel can be fine-tuned as your body changes. Hand-crafted one at a time, quilted on both sides in cotton and wool, with handles. GOLS certified organic or natural Talalay latex, Soft to Ultra Firm, with a 20-year limited warranty. Call (800) 733-1818.
